It covers <u>personal, spiritual, medical and legal<\/u> wishes all in one document. Advanced care planning relieves families and caregivers from the difficult position of guessing your wishes.<\/p>\n<p>Please join us on Wednesday November 14<sup>th<\/sup>, 12:00 pm at our office which is located at 10 Constitution Drive in Philadelphia Square in Chico.
