The certification process considered employee surveys of more than 87% of BHH&amp;H employees. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members\u2019 experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization\u2019s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees\u2019 experiences, no matter their position or what they do. Butte Home Health and Hospice scored an amazing 97% on the &#8220;Trust Index&#8221;, which serves as the overall rating earned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlights from the survey include the questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I&#8217;m proud to tell others I work here: 100% answered YES<\/li><li>I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community: 100% answered YES<\/li><li>When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome: 100% answered YES<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Butte Home Health and Hospice has created a culture all its own, and we\u2019re proud that we are recognized for being a great place to work&#8221; said Robert Love, Executive Director. &#8220;Our team is compassionate, collaborative, and amazing at what they do.
