Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Butte Home Health and Hospice with certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members\u2019 experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization\u2019s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees\u2019 experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We’re excited to see the team receive this certification, it’s really a reflection of the quality of our team and the supportive environment we’ve all created in our mission to deliver great care,” said Executive Director Robert Love. “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that hiring the right people and creating an atmosphere where they can grow and thrive and feel supported is the way to improving the patient experience. We want our patients to receive care by people who love what they do!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
