Butte Home Health and Hospice is a Fortune Top 100 Workplace!

We at Butte HH&H are on a roll (for the second year in a row). Finishing 60th in Fortune’s Top 100 Small Businesses as a Great Place to Work, it would be easy for one to wonder about the keys to our success. To those inquirers, we would respond that although we can’t reveal all of the components to our high employee satisfaction, we can say that we create an incredible work culture through a sense of community. We also heavily promote the idea that our employees’ positions are opportunities for development and growth.

Many of our staff have been with us for 15+ years, some their entire careers. Many have also worked their way into fulfilling, new positions throughout their time in our organization. Traci Butcher, our beloved executive assistant who now works closely with our director, started out as one of our file clerks over 20 years ago. She now does what she loves, which is “doing good and supporting the field staff in the way I can best make a difference.”

When surveyed,100% of our employees said they were proud to work with us. The most popular word in the employee survey about what makes us great was “team.” As Traci would say, “My coworkers’ success is my success” and that is certainly reflected in the work atmosphere.

Our ambition is to support our patients the best we can. A content and fulfilled staff is the first step towards that. Come see what Butte Home Health and Hospice can do for you. We take care of our own so we can take care of the community.
